Try working on the head. The head's shape should be an oval like shape. Hats should go outside of the head, not inside. The hair, nose and eyes need some more work. Try looking at pictures of things you need help on, such as looking up pictures of eyes. It might help. Fingers are difficult to draw. Staring at your own hand doing poses that you're drawing helps. Try making the edges on the blade a bit sharper. It's not that bad. Just needs some work and more practice.

yeahh its much better than what i can do...its very interesting seeing how much basil drawers improve over time! im looking forward to your next drawing! edit: maybe try drawing maple characters without expressions first...

yeah theres a few things to improve, but for your first time, this is pretty good. :]
