Um... I talked to a GM yesterday in Ghost Ship 2. She knew that I was not hacking, and I was the only channel not hacked. If you're not with hackers, you won't get banned... if that weren't the case, then she would have just banned me simply because every other channel was hacked. They DO check things out before they act, how are they supposed to know that you're not partying with the hacker? They don't have that kind of info.
