Upgrades are rather tricky and have a chance to go boom D: I blew up 2 capes; as for the pants i had 3 pairs, 1 upgraded right to lv70, the other pair went from 20->30->20->30->20->60 and my 3rd pair is still un-attempted. I personally haven't seen that cape or any of the upgraded capes for that matter O_O Only the pants i made and like 2 angr
