I have a 14 INT Yellow Adventurer Cape. 14 INT is better then a 8/6 PuAC or a 6/8 PuAC since the INT gives you more MP.

Wrong its not that close to perfect, perfect would be 1 10% working so 3 int and 7 slots for chaos scrolls. At the highest possible int added to the cape would be +38 int, that is if all chaos scrolls work and give +5 int per scroll.....
