its kinda cute, but wut bothers me is how her hips pokes out (pointy i might add) outta her side. its kinda strange o.o her arms make me think of octopus, and her top looks like she ready to strip any second. but its still cute. xD maybe a little work on body proportions and it will be awesome.

Draw me . Not too bad, but as someone said before me, shading doesn't just mean going around each item, giving it a border of a darker color. You apply the darker color based on the position of the light source. For example, if the sun was shining on a square from the upper right in a two dimensional drawing, the top and right areas of the square would be illuminated, so they wouldn't have any shadow. However, the bottom and left areas would have shadowing, because they aren't illuminated.

The top looks like two completely separate pieces - try to connect them better. As for the bottom...it looks more like it's stuck to her, and not that she's wearing it. Cute nonetheless.
