Why do the 5th job instructors look waay weaker than the 4th job instructors? Shouldn't it be the other way around 0.0 ? On topic: Looks way overpowered...summoning at first job?

When you get to level 30, you basically start a new character, right? But do you still have to roll for stats, or will you have the same stats as the beginner you started with?
