It is not a buff, it is a monster card for monster book which is a mistake because when nexon added magatia, they added the same drop tables that KMS had, and KMS has these monster cards

I got one at roids yesterday. Mine increased lightning based attack damage.

I found a Site card and it gives +3 avoidability. sux for a mage. -_-

Are these monster cards the ones that look like the ones you use for that card game?

NO guys its becuase nexon gave us the same patch that they did for kms. its not out for us yet.. i guess they jst forgot? lol its cause they have it.. thats the only reason we have it.. tho its EXTREAMLY annoying.. knowin we have the cards but the book wont open.. ! hopefully well get it next patch -- early january.. hope that helps!
