if no one has posted this already: thats an exit portal, the entrance portal is on the left side of the map you can only go in through the entrance, out through exit, no vice versa, i think its a mistake though

i posted a pic of this and it didnt get execped -_- 2 months ago well, like said already, theres a portal at the other side of the little village it drops u there in front of the tv

If you go to the portal on the other end it drops you in front of the TV.

there's a portal on the other side of the map that takes u to that one..
