for those people saying its like death note: -You will see why later on he writes the names who have powers down. This is only volume 3, don't be judgemental yet. and Yes, this is sort of like Death Note and Spiral, using their mind as a weapon. Totally different plot. Backpack: -oops i didn't mean to, when I deleted my main char from bannedstory by accident I remade him, and chose the wrong backpack.
