It's great. But the body shape is awkward, not just the pose. Her hips/waist are either too thin (compared to her broad shoulders), or the back of her jacket kind of 'folds' a little too low on her body. Picture the jacket removed and you should get what I mean. Her legs are also facing complete opposite directions, but her body is in a 3/4 view towards the left. Her stance should be more spread apart and maybe even less extreme on the angles of the leg, because having her knees face completely
