If you make your lines less sketchy you could color it better...it doesn't look like you used the paint bucket tool... I like the background though

Overall its okay. But the eyes are well...Medicore not too bad or good. But other then that its fine.

its nice, really. i just think theres something about the face that doesnt look right. It might have looked better if you removed the white line around her
