I'm no artist so this isn't an attack however the chin seems a lil to defined and chest seems very high. Eyes also are a big factor between man/women so you should have those in there as well.

thats cool, I like the use of the cross-hatch shading (sp?) After reading a few comments and now looking at it, I can see that the back of her neck is a bit odd, but I think I see what you were trying to go for. Either way, despite any other flaws, its great! The best appreciative maple pics are the most simple ones. =)
