It's hacked...sorta. He scrolled it with 30%s, there's a glitch involving Mushroom stores where u can duplicate items. Well so I've heard. Apparently Bera and Scandia duplicated over a thousand white scrolls. There were 21atk wgs, 50 luk saunas, 15 dex face stompers and more. They're going through and deleting the items that are "too good to be true," so don't plan on buying one.
