Im not sure if you are trying if you are trying to make the second self of your MS account. If it is look at the hair. The thing at the back is going up not down. Little errors like this make it seem unrealistic. Just keep on working on it and you'll get better.

Nicely done. I like how you did the sun effect. Two minor things: the arm looks a bit unnatural and the flowing of the cape could use a little work. =.o

Well I gotta admit, I used some effects on paintshop later. :D The colors were a bit boring, and I added a sunburst.
