Honestly, i kinda agree with the people about the "how to draw manga books". But, seriously i LOVE the facial expression (:. Trying to work around the problem - add your personal style. Lastly - DETAIL DETAIL DETAIL. The picture is lacking, its really flat - no amount of shading can fix that.

nice picture I think only one thing might needed to be adjusted and that is the eye placement, I believe that it would look better if they were a little higher up. Other than that its really good 9/10
