I don't suppose it takes long compared to the time the whole picture took. Doing stuff like this in MS Paint must be hard. I only ever did pixel art in paint. Really small stuff, so it wasn't too hard.

Its cute. Try tapering your lines though. If you're using any kind of line tool, be it MS paint or something more 'advanced', you should either have a brush that automatically tapers the ends or taper it yourself.
