To be honest, sure this is awesome scrolling, but the dex isn't really needed, even as a dexless warrior. The amount of things that you can get these days that will raise your accuracy above 200 while being dexless is crazy. Plus, if this kind of scrolling was put to use on a str overall, then str overall > str top + dex bottom. On the other hand, the speed is great =).
