The knife on the table is cause I was working on that piece at that time. I do hybrid polishing on custom japanese-styled blades made by US makers. The sandpaper off to the side there is 2000 grit. Combine with little water or oil. You can progressively polish the blade if you know what to do. After that light etch bam. Your done. I do hybrid-touch up
