I think you should make the head a bit bigger. He also looks pretty serious, like if he's taking a dump =P The legs are a bit too short. Chibi should be short.

I would hate jqs too if my legs were that long.

This drawing is actually pretty good for a first chibi. But the style of Chibi is sort of like the head is big. Try making the head bigger and the body smaller and it'll look fantastic . But as I said before, good drawing ^_^
