Nice, I love the sketchy MS-Paint feel of it. Also the black and white-style coloring is nice. As nice as it is, some people have said that it is a tad bit hard to see the details. They're right. You could accent some of the important things (eye color, dragon tail, etc.) in a different color. That would have made a serious focal point. All in all, 8.5 / 10. Good work.

nooo, your making the body to head ratio off balance. head : 3 as body is to 1, that reverses the balance D:< total fail in my math class 9/10, cuz my eyes hurt from looking at it for too long. Probably the choice of colors.
