It's not Glitched. Anyone who believes it to be a PS needs to put on their paper cone hat and sit in a corner. The "Specialty made by.." means the item was a WEDDING GIFT for somebody.

Get some Icicles. They are cheap now and have decent damage and will allow you to train for longer. Edit: By the way, Barbs and Sorc potions rock, but you could have gotten those potions form LMPQ.

"Specially made by" is like a GM item. but it's missing the GM name. either that or its a bug O.o
