the jaw lines seem to be to sharp. like on desi, she almost looks like a man. but none the less, very nice sketch work. id pull some anatomy shots or even go thro magizines and draw random faces. it will help to pull away from the anime like facial structure. but for the most part you have very nice confident lines. keep up the good work. oh and mouths should line up to the pupils of the eyes when not grinning or anything exetreme (directed at the archerdan one)

The Pepe looks realistic, but the position is weird since I don't think a pepe would stand in a contraposto (I'm guessing it's in that position).
