The shading on the overall is well done. The arms, well it doesn't really look like you tried to shade in that part, it's pretty simple to shade the arms how you did. Other than that, shading on the face, well done, neck, well done. The neck part of it, if you look where the face emerges, it looks a bit awkward.

psssst your light source is wrong. LOL I'm pretty sure fire emits light. so the shadows would be the other way. the shading's good, though, just in the wrong direction xD
