His eyes are a bit wonky, and you could've put more effort on the hat. His sword arm could be thicker and a bit more muscley to match the rest of his body, especially his forearm, near the wrist. Also, you forgot the cloak fastenings that should be around his shoulders. It's a nice cloak, and you could prolly improve its raggedly-ness by adding random dirt patches to it. I dunno, it just seems strangely white (and faint) compared to the rest of the picture. Not gonna go into detail about the kit

The Zard is supose to be a two handed sword, in this picture it looks like a knife. Shoulda been way bigger .

1 nipple,ripped up top,legs are hair less and looks like he got no muscle there,a nose,head small,body massive,dont put muscles because i wonder how my sader looks without his armour.

Just think of him as one of those guys at the gym who never does any leg workouts.. and voila! And as for the nose, I didn't want to include it originally, but I figured, it's not like any other part of his body is in MS proportions, so I thought to change it up a lil ;) To be honest, most of my chars are statless in some way, so drawing their saunas and robes is kind of boring, anyone have a cool looking char I could try to draw?
