... I like it.. but an easy way to make this: �Get the original picture �Put it into Adobe Illustrator �Use.. I forget the button... >-> but I would know if I saw the Illustrator Screen (it traces the picture and makes it a vector[can be changed to any shape and hold all details]) �Put it into Adobe Photoshop �Use a mixture of filters But yea x3

I'm giving it a 0, why? All he did was take a wallpaper from one of the maplestory websites (SEA or Korea) and use a couple photoshop or paint.net effects on it.
