These things WOULD be useful if not for the obnoxiously high destruction rate....

What really sucks about these things is that yes, the risk is way more than the reward. So you are betting on a 20% to land rather than a 50%? no. You are betting on a 20% to land rather than a 50% and also wasting 50+ mil in destroying your item. It's a double-lose risk for winning barely anything.

Wow, so not worth it...the chances of it blowing up are twice as much of that of its success.
