If not, then you are not aware that there are better things to max out, and dealing 1.5 damage on ONE monster is nothing compared to doing damage to 5 monsters... no to mention a few levels after you max this skill, you get a skill that does damage to 6 monsters, with slightly lowered attack, at level 1.
