From a far point of view, it looks like snow white with a hat =] in a way... idk it just looks like it to me ;) but anyway good drawing :] *likes!*

I think I have an obsession with perfect proportions because every picture I have seen, excluding one, has had a proportion that isn't that great. If you were trying to aim for a majestic mage, try using a smaller waist and larger shoulders. When the robe starts to come out, it looks like his torso is really short. Try to make the torsos of your characters longer, just slightly. Are those pastels? It looks really great!
