I think you can put it in perspective a little better if you concider those pants are worn like half the teens wear their pants.. around their ankles. Meaning his waist is higher than where his pants end, making his legs longer and his torso shorter. It looks like he's really full in action with his clothes windy and everything. 2 cursayers

It's good but try to take into account proportion next time. The guy doesn't look right. And maybe you should try to make it look more 3d by drawing random objects in or debris to illustrate how far they are from each other.
