You could attemp to scroll that just as any other shoe. It is also better then most of the shoes you get early on. Spiegalmann you can but probably wont get at lvl 30. For lvl 12, he has a really good shoe.

yeah right... SNecklace is better... it can go up to +3 all clean and 90hp/mp scrolled theres like a billion shoes and like 3 different types of pendents [Spiegleman, Horntail, and bowties]
