i like how the skill animations arent layer after layer of banned story stuff

seems kinda underpoowered... 4th job skills are crazy enough... and you have to reward people more for actually getting up there

Keep in mind how strong 4th job skills are compared to 3rd. I imagine 5th job, and the 100 people that make it there, would get some crazy overpowered skills.
