just because someone makes a nicely scrolled item, doesn't mean it's duped

Why would that guy be duping? Not impossible that he have gone with 30's or that 6 10's actually worked and if I had a 98 atk I would go with a 60 because a 100 atk is so much cooler than a 98 or one that got blown up....
