You should put him in a different stance, and make the arms more relaxed. It looks like he's kinda stuck there. I think the head's okay, because that's kinda my style. xP

Long neck, torso isn't alligned with his legs, and his eyes are drawn where his hairline is suppose to be.

uh, the eyes are too dark(the outline) it makes it look wierd. and yeah its kinda too far up. its an ok drawing i guess
