Hey Xu, I love the drawing :D

The hand should be angled differently to make it look like it's sitting comfortably on the hip. Right now it looks as if her hand is hanging down.

The black outline for the hair kinda ruined it for me. If you removed it, it would've looked SUPER awesome. Still, you have a very clean style

It's a very, very nice style. I just feel you didn't shade her dress, because that seems flat. However, the rest of it is incredible- as for the pose, it's as if she's in action, not merely posing. I like that.
