Pretty good! But the guy on the way left, his head is reallllly skinny. And also, it would be cooler if you tried out some poses rather than them just standing there (a tad boring yes?).

Hm...I think I'll provide some (very opinionated) constructive criticism for this picture. 1. The female mage, 2nd from the right, has inproportionate arms. Held loosely, an arm should generally come down to the middle of the thigh. If you look at the arm which is down, you might note that the arm, even when not fully extended, reaches below the middle of the thigh, coming nearly down to the knee.
