he's a npc as well as a area boss. the area boss isnt out in GMS and MSEA yet. it will be out in MSEA in the next patch

theres only 2 mu lung bosses. fat bear, and huge and big sage cat. this npc is supposed to be there. and is there for the quest that i recently finished. the story behind this quest is actually really stupid and made no sense to me.
