You might want to try drawing out a structure, making everything proportional. If you look at your own arm in real live., you'll notice that the length from your wrist to your elbow is the same length as your elbow to your shoulder. your trying too hard on the eyes a few scribbles will make it better than that dont use define shapes the rest is just anatomy, youll get it later

urgh... well, the body (legs) aren't all bad but the face... that killed ur drawing =/ try to practice some hand models, it's kinda hard but worths, those are very bad indeed. lurv the shoes, seriously... very very similar to (gore boots?) in-game ones ;3

The eye needs to be skinnier. The way that you drew it is how the eye would look from the front view. Try looking at some anime pictures that are side view. They either are skinnier, or, are drawn with a slant.Also the hands are wayyy tiny lol (hands are almost as big as your face, remember). Add some crinkles to the clothes and more detailed hair and this will be a really good drawing ^^
