It seems cheap because maybe prices over in that server aren't as inflated as prices in GMS, meaning that less mesos have more value

You have one white scroll, you drop the white scroll and find its packets ( the information for dropping the scroll) then you pick it up again, and you find the packets again, then you keep sending the packets over to MapleStory, then you will pickup white scrolls
