Constructive criticism: Overall it is good. Maybe you could work on the eyes of the far left and far right character. You just gave them 1 eye but the eye should be more like umm..... How to say this.... let me give an example link:http://img184.imageshack.us/img184/6140/eyetestng7.png What I'm trying to say is that you should try to make it more streched. It looks kind of more natural than what you did. P.S. no comment on my drawing it was a 1min one.

You draw well. It could use a bit of improvement but practice makes perfect. The shading is excellent!
