Hell, no MapleStory hacker is, or we would be seeing at least some hackers doing insane damage for their levels. What we generally see is quite the opposite - hackers using low level equips because they are easy to get ahold of and cheap. On a side note, who cares if he hacked? It is common knowledge, and he doesn't argue about it or try to hide it. H

wow a 90 attack on the spear before scrolling it just think if he finished it with 2 more 30% scrolls it would be a 23str,125 att,7weapon def, and 34acc plus think about how much he could make from selling it
