Use darker lines to enphasize the main details. Otherwise, create a type of cake that's layered(not with stilts) and plushify the balloons by bigafying them. :D Also, try and make the hat look as though it wouldn't fall off by making it a bit tighter around the edges. :D (just things i would do o-o) EDIT: i'm Korean too :D
