the hands are a bit small. Seems like most people have trouble with the hands. Just work on those. Other than that, great work.

The face makes the girl look a little like a guy. Other than that good job. :D

Er...well, just my opinion, but the nose seems a LITTLE too far off in a direction or two... And the hand isn't quite proportionate with the face. Those things aside, it's a good way to start off. Keep working harder, and try looking at other people's drawings to note those little details!
