I'm not sure, but i think fishes actually isn't a word.. In your case i think you would say two kinds of fish..

If you knew proper English, you would know that fishes and fish are both plural forms of the word 'fish' and that they are both perfectly acceptable. :P *Edit* Oops, I forgot to comment on the comic.
