It eitherg ives the red one or the blue one; THE QUEST. This quest has been given away in MapleSEA already. I think it's a quest that you can only do if you Mai's training quests.

You have not-nerfed Showa, pirate job coming, and a ton of other cool stuff. There's not much that Global (North American MS now, isnt it?) has that SEA doesn't.
