This reminds me of this teacher at my old middle school. When he sent people to ISS, he'd put his finger to his head and make a face exactly like that. Then he'd say in this exasperated voice, "Get your thiiiiings ... And go to chill out !" (He called ISS 'chill out', for some reason.)
