Okay so I guess the comic is a little to complicated, Basically, in holland (where dutch people live) you can get weed legit , and in the first block, he was blowing, ( should of made the join a lil bigger) and at the end, his eyes where all red, because of being high... Rashid stares at him because of his eyes... and Brian doesn't get it, he thinks Rashid wants a try too. Now here is some background info on the characters: Arlene, shes British.
