Hellin is male, but I'm not sure about Gritto. Though, by the name Gritto, I'm pretty sure he/she is a guy too. Good work, but for mixing up the genders it falls short being anything special.

If you take the time and actually read what NPCs say, it is mentioned numerous times that Grotto is male. <_<
