the hair has no depth, the shirt has hardly any shading... the mustache... i'm not even going to go there. try instead of making the hair one big piece your try making a bunch of smaller pieces, look at the characters hair. the shirt needs a little more shading the mustache is kinda choppy

Take out the moustache and change the shading on the hair and you've got a good pic. The moustache looks a bit out of place cause it's so big =/.
