In my opinion this drawing sucked whether it be in a chibi style, an anime style, or any other style.

If this was a quick drawing, then its pretty nice. You might want to look at some manga or something, to learn how to proportion the body right. I had to look at alot of drawings to learn, its kind of like gaining exp. Just some constructive critisicm, otherwise, good job.
