Uhm. Whoever bought that is seriously not thinking straight. With 800mil you can made 40stat top/bottom set and have like.. at least 400 or 500m left. 500mil you can spend on better earring/glove/shoe or cape or ANYTHING to add more than 1stat. That doesn't take away it's a very nice item, but it takes away that it's worth anything close to the amount it sold for.
